Shipping & Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
All orders will take approximately 3-7 business days to process. Delivery within European Union takes approximately 5-12 business days after processing, within the United States takes approximately 12-25 business, while international delivery could takes approximately 14-30 business days (even more to some continents/countries) to carry out as well. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Spanish Postal Service (Correos de España) to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Moreover, we do not accept refund requests if there is no tracking information about the order.
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the case is deemed valid, FLIPBOKU will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement.
If buyers request product return for reasons other than manufacturing defects, we are not responsible for the return shipping cost.
After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged , painted, colored, worned, with missing parts or pages for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Changes on Orders
Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.
Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are placed.
